Choosing a contractor for your home or commercial project is a decision you live with for years – so it pays to compare properly. This page is an honest look at BPC Company against what is typical in the Pakistani market. Not a sales pitch: the questions we believe every client should ask any contractor, with our straight answers alongside.
BPC Company is a building-products, interiors, construction and architectural-solutions company founded in Swat in 2011. We help clients design spaces that last – from vision to reality. We operate from two physical branches: Islamabad (Plaza 54, MB Commercial, DHA Phase 2), serving Islamabad, Rawalpindi and Jhelum; and Swat (near 3 Friends CNG Pump, G.T. Road, Qamber, Mingora), serving Swat, Shangla, Dir, Buner and Peshawar. Our work spans uPVC systems, interiors, ceilings, blinds, wall finishes, waterproofing and construction – which is exactly why we operate differently from single-trade vendors.
Use this page as a checklist. Ask these same questions to anyone quoting your project – a villa renovation, an office fit-out, a new build – and compare the answers side by side. If another contractor answers them better, you should hire them. What follows is simply our record, stated plainly.
Every project type exposes contractor quality differently. Here’s how the comparison plays out across the work we do most.
Residential renovations – homes, villas, apartments. The typical market pattern: separate vendors for windows, ceilings, paint and blinds, each with their own timeline and nobody coordinating. The homeowner becomes an unpaid project manager. Our model bundles related interior trades – windows and doors, gypsum ceilings, wallpapers and wall panels, window blinds, and custom interiors with approved layouts – under one quotation and one schedule, so design decisions stay consistent and accountability stays clear.
Office and commercial fit-outs. Commercial clients suffer most from vague scope: partitions quoted without doors, ceilings quoted without light cutouts, blinds “to be decided later”. Our commercial quotations itemise each element and flag exclusions explicitly, so the approved budget matches the delivered scope. Phased installation keeps occupied offices operational, and multi-trade coordination means the partition contractor and the ceiling contractor are the same team.
New construction and design-build. The market often splits design and execution between different parties – then each blames the other when drawings don’t match site reality. Our design-build services with one accountable team keep design and construction under one contract. The team that drew the plan is the team that builds it.
Product supply – windows, doors, shading, waterproofing. The market is full of unbranded, unspecified products sold on price alone. We name our systems – Yagmurpen and Zhongcai uPVC window systems, Greenseal waterproofing technology, HDPE door frames – so you know exactly what is going into your building.
Two things we won’t claim. We’re rarely the cheapest quote you’ll receive, and we won’t silently downgrade materials to become it – if you show us a lower written quote, we’ll explain where the differences lie instead. And we’re a two-branch company, Islamabad and Swat. If your project is in Karachi or Lahore, a strong local contractor may serve you better than we can at distance, and we’ll say so.

| What to compare | Typical market offering | BPC Company |
|---|---|---|
| Quotation format | Verbal or single-line lump sum; scope unclear | Written, itemised quotation – materials, quantities, labour listed separately |
| Physical presence | Often no showroom; phone / social media only | Branches in Islamabad (DHA Phase 2) and Swat (Mingora) with product samples |
| Trade coverage | Single-trade vendor; you coordinate the rest | Multiple related trades under one roof and one schedule |
| After-sales support | No stated policy; follow-up depends on goodwill | Committed support – we return to rectify genuine workmanship issues |
| Material transparency | Generic descriptions (“good quality”, “imported”) | Named systems: Yagmurpen / Zhongcai uPVC, Greenseal waterproofing |
| Measurement & design | Quotes without site visit; no drawings | Free site measurement; layouts approved before execution |
| Regional coverage | Often limited to one city | Islamabad / Rawalpindi / Jhelum and Swat / Shangla / Dir / Buner / Peshawar |
| Company history | Often unverifiable track record | Operating since 2011; grown from Swat into a multi-service company |

Our process is the same whether your project is one room or a full commercial floor – and it’s designed to answer the contractor questions above by demonstration, not declaration.
1. Free consultation. Call, WhatsApp, or visit our Islamabad or Swat branch. We listen first: your requirements, your timeline, your budget range.
2. Site measurement. We visit, measure precisely, assess site conditions and note every constraint – because accurate quotes come from accurate data, not guesses.
3. Transparent quotation. You receive a written, itemised quotation with named materials and clear scope. Take it, compare it, question it – we encourage that.
4. Professional installation. Trained teams execute to the approved design and schedule, coordinating related trades so you deal with one responsible party.
5. After-sales support. After handover, genuine workmanship issues are rectified. Our branches stay open and reachable – accountability you can walk into.

Contractor pricing in Pakistan varies enormously, and the lowest quote is rarely the lowest-cost project – vague scope, unspecified materials and absent after-sales are where the real costs hide. What legitimately drives project cost with any contractor: material specification (named systems vs generic), scope clarity (what’s included and excluded, in writing), project size and complexity, site conditions, and finishing standards.
Our quotations are itemised so you can see exactly where your money goes – and compare like-for-like against any competitor’s quote. For a free, no-obligation written estimate, message us on WhatsApp: Islamabad / Rawalpindi / Jhelum at 03126175608, or Swat / Shangla / Dir / Buner / Peshawar at 03339477778. Send drawings, photos or measurements and we’ll respond with a clear, comparable figure.
The core differences: written itemised quotations, physical branches in Islamabad and Swat, multiple trades under one roof, named material systems, and committed after-sales support. Compare us on those five points against anyone quoting your project.

We’ll review any written competitor quotation with you and explain where the differences lie – materials, scope or finishing standards. What we won’t do is silently downgrade materials to hit a number. If the cheaper quote is genuinely better value, we’ll tell you.
